Every few years someone arrives with a plan. It runs three years. The money ends. They go home.
The people stay. They always do.

They were never short of answers. Never short of patience. They were short of power, tools, and room to use them.

We kept calling it the last mile. It is the first mile — where change begins, and where it is meant to stay.

Now we build the ground it stands on. Not one answer. A stack of many that co-exist. Chosen by the community that uses them.
